The Gold Coast’s biggest party, the Armor All Gold Coast 600 October 19-21 has become one of the iconic events on the world motorsport event calendar. A fantastic mix of spectacular V8 Supercar racing and some of music’s biggest names. 28 leading international drivers team up with home-grown heroes like Lowndes, Tander and Whincup for a hard fought challenge on one of the world’s toughest street tracks. At night the party kicks off with must see performances from some of the best local and international talent.
20th October – ‘Spring Carnival Race Day’
Join the Gold Coast Turf Club this October to experience the thrill of the Spring Racing Carnival with LIVE Racing Action on track at the Gold Coast Turf Club. Gather your friends, get dressed up and celebrate in the air-conditioned comfort of our stylish function rooms all whilst enjoying the Spring Racing Carnival action.
21st October – Burleigh Heads ‘The Village Markets’
Founded in 2008, The Village Markets is the Gold Coast’s first and only fashion focused market. The Village Markets showcases 70 stalls from emerging designers, vintage buffs and artists this Sunday (and on the first & third Sunday of each month) at Burleigh Heads State School oval from 8am – 1pm. This is more than just fashion market though with something for everyone – accessories, jewellery, shoes, handbags, soy candles, gifts, arts & creative, food and coffee.
