RENTING
We are a major letting agent specialising in residential property management, and manage over $300 million worth of property. The department employs six staff (all licensed and experienced) to look after the property.
COMMITMENT TO THE COMMUNITY
Our agency is a successful business that believes in putting something back into the community and are the long-term major financial sponsors for three local surf life saving clubs; Mermaid Beach, Nobby Beach and Miami Beach. Over the past 12 years we have personally donated in excess of $325,000 to those clubs to enable the purchase of valuable lifesaving equipment. Equipment has included four invaluable beach vehicles, a patrol tower, three equipment trailers, first aid room supplies, many tents to protect the nippers from the sun, as well as surf skis, rescue boards, nipper boards, clothing and cash donations for patrolling lifesavers.
