I just wanted to drop you a quick line to give Mark Deeley a bit of praise. It would be fair to say that I can be a stubborn and skeptical bugger at times and I am sure when Mark came to me with what was a reasonable offer on our property at Australis Court he was a bit surprised that we didn’t accept it.
Some agents could have backed off a bit thinking that the vendor was being unreasonable in their expectations, but Mark simply shrugged it off and carried on with the job with no complaints and showed that he is a true professional. He turned up when he said he would turn up and kept me informed regularly.
Mark, with the help of other members of your team, was able to find a buyer and convince them to offer a higher amount, and in reality managed to get the eventual buyer to a price higher than what we would have accepted, when he knew we would have accepted slightly less.
You may recall that I have an old football mate who is an agent in Mermaid Beach and he wanted to market our property also.
My wife and I instead chose your business due to our good “gut feeling” with regards to Mark; we have not been disappointed, and would recommend him highly to anyone considering selling their property, as he is obviously working for the best outcome for the vendor rather than just trying to achieve a quick sale.
Please pass our appreciation on to Mark, as too often people don’t give praise where it is due, and the great service offered by him can often be found lacking in other businesses these days.
