John Henderson Real Estate uses dedicated maintenance software called Bricks and Agent, which allows you to log maintenance requests through a variety of methods.

In order to submit maintenance through to your property manager, you will be asked to use one of the following methods below:

Login to Bricks and Agent to view the progress of your maintenance request.

You’re also able to scan this QR code and follow the prompts to submit your maintenance request.

It’s important to note that you must use the contact details (email or mobile number) that you have provided to us. If your contact details have recently updated, please do let us know so we can ensure you can succesfully use this new process.
