Mermaid Beach As our family business John Henderson Professionals Mermaid Beach gets ready to celebrate its 40th anniversary, we are putting out a call for historical photographs of Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Waters, Miami and everywhere inbetween.
When John Henderson set up the business in 1973 there were very few houses west of the Gold Coast Highway and the suburb of Mermaid Waters was just starting to be planned. Many Gold Coast residents who have only moved here in recent years are unaware of just how quickly this city has grown and how much this part of the world has been transformed.
We are looking for pictures of the beachside suburb to show the change in the area and collate a display in time for our 40th anniversary this year.
