My wife, Helen and I decided it was time for us both to down-size and look at properties along the Gold Coast. After spending hours being shown units that did not meet the criteria we asked for, we contacted Jeff Burchell regarding a property at Burleigh Beach Resort.
Jeff met us there within an hour of the call to show us the unit. It quickly became obvious that this was not the unit for us. Jeff listened to what we said we were looking for and told us he had a property that would suit us at Mermaid Beach.
We took a drive past and looked from the outside as Jeff had a meeting at the office. We called and asked for a viewing and Jeff was only too happy to show us through on Sunday. While we had some reservations before we viewed it as we had been informed it needed a little work and we had told Jeff that a renovation was not what we wanted, we were pleasantly surprised with the unit.
Yes it did need some renovation, (in fact a lot) but the location was perfect and it was easy to see the potential. It did not take long to decide that it was the unit for us. Jeff put together a contract and went out of his way to meet us at Yatala not once but twice so we could sign the documents.
Jeff has been courteous at all times and continually communicated with us throughout the whole process. He has also assisted us since the handover with sourcing tradespeople and being the key holder until we move into the unit. I commend him for the service that he has provided to us and you should be proud to have him as one of your agents. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a property.
